WAEC OPENS COMPLAINT PORTAL FOR 2026 CANDIDATES WITH WITHHELD RESULTS

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has opened a complaint portal for candidates whose 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results have been withheld.

The portal allows affected candidates to register their complaints or submit their defence for consideration and review by the Council.

WHO SHOULD USE THE PORTAL?

The complaint portal is strictly for candidates whose 2026 WAEC results have been withheld.

Candidates whose results have been released normally are not required to use the portal.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINT

Affected candidates should:

Visit the official WAEC complaint portal.

Provide the required examination and personal details.

Submit their complaint or defence regarding the withheld result.

Ensure that all information provided is correct and accurate.

Submit the required information as soon as possible to facilitate the review process.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Candidates with withheld results are advised to take advantage of the complaint portal and provide the necessary information promptly.

Submitting a complaint or defence does not automatically guarantee the release of the result, as the case will be subject to WAEC's review and investigation.

Candidates are also advised to rely on official WAEC information and avoid paying individuals who claim they can influence the review or release of a withheld result.
