Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (UNIZIK) has released its 2026/2027 admission list.
Candidates who applied for admission into the university and participated in the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise can now check their admission status through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
HOW TO CHECK YOUR ADMISSION STATUS
Candidates should follow these steps:
1. Visit the official JAMB e-Facility portal.
2. Log in using your JAMB email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Select “Access my CAPS.”
5. Click on “Admission Status.”
6. Your admission status will be displayed on the screen.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED ADMISSION
If your CAPS shows “Admitted,” you are advised to carefully review the admission offer and accept it if you wish to take up the admission.
Candidates can also accept or reject their admission offer by sending:
ACCEPT or REJECT
as an SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Candidates whose status is still showing “Not Admitted” should not panic, as admission lists may be released in batches.
Continue checking your JAMB CAPS regularly for possible updates.
Candidates who have been admitted are also advised to proceed with the necessary admission and registration processes after accepting their offer.
