Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has officially commenced registration for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The university invites suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into its undergraduate programmes to register for the ongoing screening exercise within the specified application period.
Eligibility
Candidates who scored 160 and above in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply for the Post-UTME screening exercise.
Direct Entry candidates who meet the university's admission requirements are also eligible to participate in the screening process.
Screening Fee
The Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening fee is ₦2,000 only.
Applicants are advised to complete their registration through the university's approved application platform.
Registration Period
Registration for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise will run from 13th July to 27th July, 2026.
Candidates are encouraged to complete their applications before the closing date to avoid missing the opportunity.
Physical Screening Exercise
The university has announced that the physical screening exercise will commence on 27th July, 2026, and will end on 22nd August, 2026.
